Frank is an Entrepreneur, Publisher, Business Trainer/Coach and Consultant to several public and private entities. He oversees the operations of his family business, and possesses over 25 years of senior management experience, covering project management, publishing, e-learning, retail, wholesale, distribution, warehousing, marketing & promotions, manufacturing, accounting, and business training.

He is a certified Trainer of Trainer in Entrepreneurship and holds an MBA with a special focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Findlay, and a BSc. in Management Studies & Accounting from the University of the West Indies.

Frank has managed e-learning and book industry projects, with logistics covering Asia, UK, USA, and the Caribbean. He is a former Financial Accountant for The Gleaner (1834) media group with operations in New York, Miami, London, Toronto, and Kingston. He has led several major social intervention training projects funded by IDB, World Bank, UNDP, Government and the private sector over the past 15 years.

A former Chairman of the Book Industry Association of Jamaica (BIAJ), Frank also chaired a committee that meets with the Ministry of Education and examination body Caribbean Examination Council. In addition, he coordinated the annual National Booksellers Tradeshow, the MSME Jamaica Lecture Series (for small businesses) and VERB (A Christian Writers’ Forum) during the annual Kingston Book Festival. Frank has been a regular Presenter at the JBDC’s Annual Small Business Expo, and National Entrepreneurship Week Workshops and Conferences.

In service to his community, he has served as a School Board Chairman, Church Deacon, and Justice of the Peace.
Frank is happily married to Karen, with whom he shares 2 adult children.
