Frank is Business Coach and Strategist (for Entrepreneurs, Executives & Trainers), Publisher, Speaker, and Entrepreneur. He possesses over 25 years of entrepreneurial and senior management experience, covering retail, wholesale, distribution, warehousing, marketing & promotions, publishing, e-learning, manufacturing, and project management.

Frank is CEO of Linkar Education which has representation partners in Australia, Germany, and Canada…and managed projects spanning Asia, UK, USA, and the Caribbean. He is a former Financial Accountant for The Gleaner (1834) media group with offices in Jamaica, New York, Miami, London, and Toronto. He has led on several major social intervention trainings funded by IDB, World Bank, UNDP, Government and the private sector for the past 15 years.

Frank, an accredited Government Business Service Provider, has coached, trained, and presented to thousands of Entrepreneurs, Executives, and Trainers over the past decade. He has made presentations at business conferences, university seminars, industry meetings, and the House of Parliament – in addition to authoring articles on Entrepreneurship & Business, and publishing business and educational books.

In service to society and industry, Frank is a Justice of the Peace, and previously served as Church Deacon, School Board Chairman, and Book Industry Board Chairman (who also chaired a liaison committee with the Ministry of Education and Caribbean Examination Council [CXC]). For several years, he coordinated the Annual National Booksellers Tradeshow, the MSME Jamaica Lecture Series (for small businesses), and VERB (a Christian writers’ forum). Frank has been a regular Presenter at Jamaica’s Annual Small Business Expo, Global Entrepreneurship Week Workshops, and other workshops and conferences.

Frank is happily married to Karen, with whom he shares 2 adult children.
